I want to use my Apple Watch to automatically provide my sleep and activity times daily to WeBe. How do I set that up?
When you set up your WeBe app the first time, just click the button that says, “Use Apple Watch”.
I don’t own an Apple Watch. Can I still use the WeBe app to help with my well being and that of my WePod members?
Yes, you can. When you set up your WeBe the first time, just indicate that you wish to input your daily sleep hours and activity/exercise times yourself, rather than WeBe obtaining those directly from an Apple Watch. If you buy an Apple Watch later, you can change the setting back to automatic.
I wear a Fitbit to capture my workout data, steps and sleep. Can I use it with the app like the Apple Watch?
Not at the current time, so you will have to enter your sleep and activity times manually. However, WeBe plans to expand the capability to link to other wearables such as Fitbit and Oura in the near future.
When I set up my WeBe app, one of the settings allowed me to eliminate “Spirituality” from my well being ratings each day. I wasn’t sure whether to do that or not. How do I decide?
Based on feedback from early users, some persons do not see spirituality as a critical part of their lives and sense of well being. Others believe strongly that spirituality is central to their emotional well being. Spirituality comes in many forms - some examples include mindfulness, Buddhism, Christianity, Islam and Judaism.
For this reason, users can toggle on or off the spirituality setting in tracking their well being elements, based on their beliefs. Some users will be tracking all six elements, while others will only track five.

How many people can I have in my WePod?
You can designate up to 4 individuals to join you in your personal WePod, but any number fewer than 4 is fine.
How many WePods can I have?
At this time, you are limited to leading only one personal WePod. You may also be a participant in one other WePod led by someone else. So, the maximum number is two. At a later date, WeBe may increase the number of WePods in which you can be a member.

I’m not sure I want family and friends see my well being information in the WePod. Can I try the app without setting up a WePod?
Yes, you can. You can begin by using the app to simply track your own well being elements. Later you can create a personal WePod group at any time to share your daily ratings with those in your WePod you feel comfortable with. Your personal data will not be shared beyond your WePod.
Are my daily ratings confidential? Does WeBe share them with vendors or others I don’t know?
Your personal ratings are confidential, and you are in control of them. WeBe respects your privacy above all else and will not share your daily ratings or personal information with others without your express permission.
Regarding sharing your well being information with members of your WePod, it is completely up to you to determine who is in your pod, and which of its members gets to view all of your ratings. You can set these privacy levels when you create your WePod and can also change them at any time.
WeBe will share aggregate data with our business partners for the purposes of improving and expanding our services to users – but these data will not have any personally identifiable information. For more information, please read our Privacy Policy HERE.

Item descriptionWhat is an affinity group?
An affinity group is a natural grouping of people that have come together around common interests. In this case, it is around WeBe members’ interest in their own well being and that of others in the affinity group. They may be members of a particular church or synagogue, a small business, a sports team, or a school, for example. Other affinity groups are made up of like-minded individuals such as interest groups or clubs.
Affinity groups are larger groups than five-person WeBe Pods but may be made up of many WePods. Affinity groups foster communication and support within the group but are closed to persons outside the group.
How do I start or join an affinity group?
Persons interested in starting an affinity group need to fill out an application for approval, available on the app or the website at www.webellife.com. The application requires explanation of the purpose of the group, and acceptance of willingness to serve as a moderator of the group and gatekeeper for group entry.
Affinity group moderators will review and approve requests from individuals who request membership in each affinity group. There is no limit to the number of affinity groups a user can join.

What is “Wura”?
Wura is the Yoruba word for “Gold” and refers to the points that can be earned while using the WeBe app, similar to earning points for airline miles with a credit card. You can earn WeBe Wura by doing things that support your own well being, as well as supporting the well being of your Pod and community. Specific information about how you can earn Wura and use the points for services to enhance your well being can be found in the Wura and WeBe Commerce sections of the website at www.webelife.com.
